This is a polaroid transfer of a blooming spring dogwood. The photograph was taken with slide film and projected on a polaroid film to create the artistic image.

Joye is an award winning photographer who has been involved in photography for over 40 years and is owner of the Gingko Tree Gallery in Black Mountain, North Carolina.
